Plain language, no fine print. Your deck is confidential, and we treat it that way.

We collect the PDF you upload, its filename, the generated review, rendered slide images used inside that review, and basic technical information needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and fix errors. We don't ask you to create an account or provide your email or personal name. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics that follow you.
To produce your review, your deck is processed by our AI infrastructure provider. We also use hosting infrastructure to run Pitchcraft, store private review links, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. These providers process data only to provide the service to us. We don't sell your deck, share it with advertisers, or use uploaded decks to train our own models.
Your deck PDF is removed from our server as soon as your review is ready — it only needs to exist while the AI reads it and the report is built. The review itself, including rendered slide images, lives at your private link until you delete it, or it expires automatically after 14 days. You can delete a review and its files at any time using the delete button on the review page.
Your review lives at a private link with a long, unguessable id — there's no public list, no search, no way to stumble onto it. Anyone you share that link with can open the review, the same way a "anyone with the link" share works. So share it deliberately, and only with people you'd want reading the feedback.
